How Does it Work?
Renters sign a seasonal lease
Leases are available for predetermined time periods of up to 6 months at a time. Half-day options such as 9-2:30 pm and 3:30-9 pm are typical. (certain terms apply)
This lease provides the renter with options for client referrals (see below) or seeing private clients. (or both!)
Website presence
Aura Spa Collaborative Renters will be featured on the Aura Spa Collaborative website, which will include their bios and offerings. (Opt-in client referral booking is available- more about this below)
Collaborative Meetings
Aura Spa Collaborative also seeks to create a supportive professional environment by hosting occasional meetings in the spirit of collaboration. Participation is encouraged but optional.
Our collaborating professionals will enjoy a personalized industry experience which, in turn, supports them in personalizing their offerings for clients.
Opt-ins
(additional services that are optional, and potentially beneficial for the leaseholder)
Booking Referrals
Renters will have the option to opt-in to allowing direct client referrals for a fee per referral. This fee is based on the price for your offerings. In this opt-in arrangement, renters agree to start out having their schedule as “available” on our software program so that we can book you referrals, understanding that they are in complete control of their schedule and can block any times as available or unavailable. With Aura Spa’s excellent reputation and 18 year tenure, renters can really benefit from this opt-in as they begin building and maintaining their practices.
Laundry Services
Renters will have the option to either do their own laundry or opt-in to the laundry service wherein the Aura Spa Collaborative provides linens for the practitioner at a cost.
Support Services
As growing a professional practice can sometimes have its challenges, renters will have the opportunity to schedule some support services from managers Camie & Jo, if desired.
Examples of support services are: helping with understanding taxes, time management, client communication, practice direction, strategizing web and payment options, and ideas for best practices. One hour of support services will be free for the initial 6-month lease signed by the practitioner. Further sessions can be booked for a cost.
