This is perfect for those who are new to massage or just simply want to relax. A blend of light to medium pressure techniques are used to help increase circulation and release overall tension.
Intended for the most active individuals that have particular muscles and parts of the body that need extra, more focused work. Medium to deep pressure.
Deep tissue massage allows your therapist to peel away each layer of fascia, slowly and specifically revealing the tensest areas in your body. Recommended for those who have a history of receiving bodywork.
Drawing on the ancient Native American tradition, basalt lava stones are used to promote relaxation, increased circulation, and to balance the body, mind, and spirit. Native Americans used these stones (and still do today) in sweat lodge ceremonies and for overall health and well being.
A delicate time in a person’s life, pregnancy can cause many different sensations in the body. Receiving a massage during the nine months of transition can be extremely beneficial and relaxing for parent and baby.

BODY TREATMENTS

75 Minute Body Wraps - $155

These ingredients are derived from the desert in southern Utah, perfected at the green valley spa. Honey is known for its cleansing and soothing properties. Milk is known for its soothing and hydrating properties. Together these ingredients combined with olive oil and essential oils produce a luxurious mixture completely moisturizing even the driest of skin types. First, the skin receives a dry brushing to release all the dead skin from the body. This step prepares the skin to be able to properly absorb all of the important properties of the honey & milk and essential oils. Second, the pure ingredients are massaged slowly into the skin. Third, you'll be wrapped in a thermal and wool blanket to allow the body to fully absorb the mixture into the skin. Your feet and/or scalp receive a lovely massage during the soaking stage. Lastly, your therapists will unwrap and guide you to the shower leaving you with a renewed sense of wellbeing. Whether you've been hiking, skiing, or just relaxing, this treatment allows you to feel, and smell, absolutely fabulous.
Citrus and cardamom unite with purifying micro-algae and smoothing grains of the earth to create this slimming and toning wrap. We start with a dry brushing then relax as these ingredients are massaged and kneaded into your skin. Now you will be wrapped in a thermal and wool blanket to activate the transforming properties of the microalgae. While wrapped enjoy a scalp and/or foot massage. Lastly, your therapist will guide you to the shower leaving you and your skin feeling rejuvenated. This wrap is best combined with a healthy detoxifying diet and exercise.
We have the purest and finest ingredients at our fingertips... Red desert clay is detoxifying and remineralizes the skin and body. You are taken through a series of steps in this treatment. First, the skin receives a dry brushing to release all the dead skin from the body. This step prepares the skin to be able to properly absorb all of the important properties of the clay and essential oils. Second, the pure ingredients are massaged slowly and accurately into the skin. Third, you'll be wrapped in a thermal and wool blanket to allow the body to fully absorb the earth into the skin. While soaking, your therapist massages the feet and/or scalp, sending you into a state of pure relaxation. After the mixture has sufficiently soaked in, your therapist will unwrap you and guide you to the shower. Watch as all your worries flow down the drain, leaving you with the feeling of balance and bliss. Because clay draws out toxins we want to be sure to add in moisture after your shower therefore for the final step you will return to the table to be rehydrated.

30 Minute Sugar or Salt Glo - $70

Glos are exfoliators for the entire body. They have many benefits including detoxification, removal of dead skin cells and an overall sense of renewal.
Salt is detoxifying as well as a deep exfoliator when applied to the skin. It reaches into the layers of skin and draws out all impurities.

Mandarin & Vanilla Brown Sugar Glo – Sugar is a more gentle exfoliator and is recommended for more sensitive skin types.

30 Minute Hair & Scalp Treatment- $60

Your scalp is one of the most sensitive parts of the body. 100% pure extra virgin olive oil combined with rosemary essential oil, are all massaged into your scalp and hair. Your therapist takes plenty of time to ensure the mixture reaches deep into the scalp and all the way out the tips of your hair. The head is then wrapped in a soothing, warm towel to allow the mask to penetrate even deeper. While soaking, you'll enjoy a neck and/or foot massage. For best results, we recommend that you allow the mask to soak for at least 2 hours. Shampoo and condition your hair and you'll be left with beautiful, luscious locks. Especially recommended for hair that is dry or lacking in luster.
